Position within the organisation

As Business Intelligence developer you maintain our datawarehouse, and you further develop the applications according to the business needs. You work within the IT department.

Job description

As Business Intelligence developer you are responsible for the datawarehouse. You control the daily ETL run, including the cube building. You make new developments and create KPI reports. You work in Wetteren in a very internationally minded, rapidly expanding company.

Tasks

• maintaining the Datawarehouse;
• control daily ETL run;
• building OLAP cubes ;
• develop, test and implement new features;
• create weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports;
• develop KPI reports;
• analyse business requirements;
• maintain technical specifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite;
• 2+ years experience of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS;
• experience with designing analysis solutions and data transformations ;
• experience with reporting solutions;
• 2+ experience with SQL Server 2005 and scripting;
• 2+ years experience with .net, VB;
• experience with validating and testing;
• creative with strong analytical skills for solving problems;
• ability to work well independently and within a team;
• fluent in Dutch and English, French is a strong asset;
